Shipping destinations
We ship to Australia, Canada, and the 48 contiguous United States plus Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
Check delivery availability for your address at checkout. If you have a question about your delivery address, contact us before placing your order.
Order dispatch
We dispatch orders within 3 business days after payment, using SF International or FedEx. This is the time until your order is handed to the carrier, not the delivery time.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
For our covered destinations in the United States, Australia and Canada, estimated delivery is 7-10 business days after dispatch. This is separate from our dispatch period of up to 3 business days after payment. Carrier or customs delays may affect delivery, so this estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
For help with tracking, a delayed order or an order that has not arrived, email info@fuguijewelry.com with your order number.
Shipping charges
The following charges apply equally to our delivery destinations in the United States, Australia and Canada:
- Discounted merchandise subtotal below USD 99: USD 20 shipping.
- Discounted merchandise subtotal of USD 99 or more (including exactly USD 99): free shipping.
The shipping threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and any taxes charged separately at checkout. Changes to your items, quantities or discounts can change the shipping charge. Check the final amount before paying.
Taxes and customs duties
Import duties, import taxes and related customs clearance fees in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. The amount payable is determined by local customs or the carrier and will be communicated by them. Any applicable taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment.
Your delivery address
Check your recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code and country before placing your order. Use an email address you can access for order communications.
If you notice an address error after ordering, email info@fuguijewelry.com with your order number and the details that need correcting.
Orders needed by a particular date
Contact us before purchasing if you need delivery by a particular date. Include the product links, selected options, quantities, destination country and postal code, and the date you need the order.
Packaging
Retail orders include packaging. Discounted dealer orders use standard packaging.
We do not add a separate payment-processing fee to your order.
