Plating layers by finish

White gold color (Silver option): S925 silver base → silver plating 3 µm → palladium 0.03 µm → rhodium 0.03 µm → 18K white gold plating 0.03 µm.

Gold and rose gold colors: S925 silver base → silver plating 3 µm → palladium 0.03 µm → 18K gold plating 0.03 µm → electrophoretic lacquer (e-coating).

Color, clarity and plating specifications are supplied by our manufacturer. The 18K finish is a surface plating over sterling silver.

Put jewelry on after cosmetics have dried. Remove before swimming, exercise and contact with household chemicals.

Clean gently with a soft cloth. If needed, use lukewarm water and a little mild soap, then rinse carefully and dry thoroughly.

Avoid abrasive cleaners and unapproved ultrasonic cleaning. Store dry and separately; check the clasp and stone settings before wearing.

GRA moissanite grading documentation is included with the confirmed sales unit at no extra charge. It is separate from silver-material testing.

S925 silver material testing is optional and charged separately. Fees and turnaround time are quoted on request.

Retail orders include packaging. Discounted dealer orders use standard packaging.

Shipping is US$20 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below US$99. At US$99 or more, including exactly US$99, shipping is free. This applies to destinations covered by the current shipping settings: Australia, Canada, and the contiguous 48 United States plus Washington, DC.

Import duties, taxes and related customs-clearance charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Amounts are determined by the local customs authority or carrier.

We do not add a separate PayPal or Shopify payment processing fee.

Orders may be cancelled without charge before dispatch. For a quality issue, contact us with the order details and supporting photos. Return eligibility, approval and remedies follow the current published return policy.

For a damaged, faulty, incorrect or misdescribed item, send your order details and supporting photos/video. We reply and arrange next steps within two business days of receiving the details. We cover the cost of resolving confirmed quality issues, including necessary return shipping.

Cancel free before shipment. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. An exceptional non-quality return requires prior written agreement and a fee of 50% of the amount paid for the returned merchandise after discounts; confirmed quality issues and legal remedies are exempt.
