Your first S925 moissanite order
Choose the pieces you want to compare, keep their specifications clear and check the full cost before paying. Retail customers can order directly at the listed prices, with no minimum quantity or purchase amount. Dealers can contact us with business details for a separate quote.
1. Decide what you want to compare
You can begin with one listed unit or a small selection. A useful first comparison changes one feature at a time, such as an available stone size, setting or plated finish, so you can judge what matters for your own use or shop.
- Choose a design or category, then compare its available options.
- Use written measurements to compare size. Keep length, stone size and bracelet width separate.
- Record the product reference, selected option and quantity. Choose pieces for the differences you need to see.
2. Check the selected specifications and selling unit
Review the exact option you are adding, including its style code, finish, dimensions and price. If an essential measurement or option is unclear, ask us with the product link before ordering; do not estimate an unlisted dimension from a photo or carat figure.
- Rings: compare stone diameter or length and width, plus the listed ring size and finger circumference. If a general chart differs, the product’s listed circumference takes priority.
- Necklaces: check chain length, pendant dimensions and whether an extender is listed separately. Wearing position depends on your proportions.
- Bracelets: compare the listed length, width and any extender, separately from the stone size.
- Earrings: check dimensions, the selling unit and whether the carat figure refers to each stone or the pair.
One listed unit: a single piece, a pair or a stated set, as described on the product page. Earrings are sold as a pair.
The 16-stone hand photo preserves its 0.1–5.0 ct labels. It shows relative round-stone size, not a life-size image or an exact wearing photo for every product. Different shapes and settings can look different.
3. Understand the stone, silver and finish
The current collection focuses on moissanite set in S925 sterling silver. Review the selected finish as well as the base metal. Our stated layer sequences differ between white-gold color and other colors.
Moissanite is a different gemstone from natural or laboratory-grown diamond.
S925 is sterling silver containing 92.5% silver. It describes the base metal.
- White-gold color: layers from the silver base outward
- S925 silver base → silver plating 3 µm → palladium 0.03 µm → rhodium 0.03 µm → 18K white gold plating 0.03 µm.
- Other colors: layers from the silver base outward
- S925 silver base → silver plating 3 µm → palladium 0.03 µm → 18K gold plating 0.03 µm → electrophoretic lacquer (e-coating).
The 18K gold is a plated surface over sterling silver. White gold is a gold alloy; it is different from platinum.
Silver can tarnish and plated surfaces wear over time. Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming or using household cleaning chemicals.
4. Select one option or build a mixed order
For one option, choose its specifications and quantity, then add it to your cart. To build a mixed order, open “Choose several options in one list” and enter the total quantity you want in your cart for each option. Changes save automatically; there is no second Add selected step. The table reflects actual cart quantities. Use the style codes and written specifications to keep similar options distinct.
- Use the search to find options and check the live quantities already in your cart. When an options table has several pages, check every page before reviewing your complete cart.
- In the cart, review the product, selected options, selling unit, quantity and price on every line.
- Keep your order confirmation and product references for a future inquiry. Current availability and specifications should be checked again when reordering.
5. Check the complete first-order cost
The shipping threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and any taxes charged separately at checkout. The same shipping rules apply to covered destinations and to individual and wholesale buyers.
- Merchandise subtotal below US$99 after discounts: US$20 shipping.
- Merchandise subtotal of US$99 or more after discounts: free shipping.
Order total = merchandise after discounts + applicable shipping + any other taxes shown at checkout.
If the merchandise subtotal is US$40 after discounts, add US$20 shipping: US$60 before any other checkout taxes. This is a calculation example, not a product quote.
Import duties, import taxes and related customs clearance fees charged after arrival in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. Amounts are as stated in notices from local customs or the carrier. Any applicable taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment.
6. Confirm the destination and timing
We ship to Australia, Canada, and the 48 contiguous United States plus Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. Check address availability at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment via SF International or FedEx. Dispatch is the time until the order is handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after dispatch, separate from the dispatch period. Carrier or customs delays may affect the estimate; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before buying with the product links, selected options, quantities, destination country and postal code, and the date required.
7. Understand the included and optional documents
GRA moissanite grading documentation is included at no extra charge. One GRA moissanite grading report is included per pair of earrings at no extra charge. S925 silver material testing is optional. Available on request; fees and turnaround time quoted separately. Retail orders include packaging at no extra charge. Discounted dealer orders use standard packaging. We do not add a separate payment-processing fee to your order.
Images marked as document samples show the format. They are not reports already issued for your order; the document supplied with an order has its own item details and report number.
8. Know the cancellation and return terms
You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. An exceptional non-quality return requires prior written agreement and a fee equal to 50% of the actual merchandise amount paid for the returned items after discounts, excluding separately charged shipping, taxes and duties.
That fee does not apply to cancellation before shipment, confirmed quality issues or a remedy required by applicable law. Your rights under applicable law take priority. Read the full refund policy and contact us before sending an item back.
9. Check your pieces and contact us if needed
Compare the received pieces with your order confirmation: product reference, selected options, selling unit and quantity. Follow the care guidance for the stone, silver and plated finish.
For a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item, send your order number, the email used at checkout, a description and clear photos and a video showing the issue. If the issue cannot be shown that way, contact us so we can arrange another way to assess it.
After receiving the order details and supporting information, we reply and arrange the next steps within two business days. We bear the costs of resolving confirmed quality issues, including any necessary return shipping.
The appropriate remedy depends on the issue and your legal rights. Once a refund is approved and any necessary assessment is complete, it is submitted to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.
Two business days refers to our reply and arrangement of the next steps. It is not a deadline for completing a refund.
