These Terms of Service apply to your use of fuguijewelry.com and orders placed with FUGUI Jewelry. Please read them together with our return and refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy.

Shopping with FUGUI Jewelry

Our main collection focuses on 925 sterling silver moissanite jewelry. Wholesale buyers and individual customers are welcome. Standard listed products are available at the published prices, with no minimum order quantity or minimum purchase amount. Check each product's selling unit: quantity one may mean one piece, one pair or another stated unit.

Product information

Review the product page for the metal, surface finish, stone type, measurements, photographs, selling unit and available options. Select your required options before ordering. Any photograph or certificate identified as a reference or sample has the limits stated on that product page. Contact us if you need help understanding a size or specification.

Screen and lighting differences can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Certificates and packaging

GRA moissanite grading documentation is included with your shipment at no extra charge. One GRA moissanite grading report is included per pair of earrings. S925 silver material testing is a separate, optional paid service, available on request; fees and turnaround time are quoted separately.

Retail orders include packaging. Discounted dealer orders use standard packaging.

Prices, payment and orders

The published price applies to the product and options you select. Import duties, import taxes and related customs clearance fees in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. The amount payable is determined by local customs or the carrier and will be communicated by them. Any applicable taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. Review the currency, quantities, shipping charge and final total before paying. The free-shipping threshold is a shipping condition, not a minimum purchase requirement.

We do not add a separate payment-processing fee to your order.

Orders must be paid before processing. If a product availability, pricing, payment, suspected fraud or address issue prevents us from fulfilling your order as placed, we will contact you about the issue and an appropriate resolution. We will not substitute products or increase the amount charged without your agreement. Your rights to cancellation or a refund under applicable law remain unaffected.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch paid orders within 3 business days via SF International or FedEx. For our covered destinations in the United States, Australia and Canada, estimated delivery is 7-10 business days after dispatch. Carrier or customs delays may affect delivery, so this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Review our shipping policy for destinations and charges. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

You are responsible for checking that the contact and delivery details you enter are accurate. Tell us promptly if you notice an error.

Cancellation, returns and quality issues

You may cancel an order free of charge before it has shipped. We do not normally accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Only an exceptional non-quality-related return specifically agreed by us in writing is subject to a fee of 50% of the actual merchandise amount paid for the returned items after discounts, excluding separately charged shipping, taxes and duties.

This fee does not apply to cancellation before shipment, confirmed quality issues or remedies required by applicable law. For a quality issue, email your order information, photos and video to info@fuguijewelry.com. We will reply and arrange the next steps within 2 business days after receiving the details, and bear the costs of resolving confirmed quality issues. Use of this website

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person's information. Respect the intellectual property rights that apply to website content and product images; contact us about permission to reuse content.

Your legal rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or replaces any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If applicable law provides a right to repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, compensation or another remedy, that right takes priority over any conflicting wording in these terms.

We may update these terms for future orders. A later change does not remove rights or commitments that apply to an order already placed.
